River Runners Retreat

For reservations or information call us at 800-237-RAFT or email us. For e-mail requests, please include your name, address, and phone number as well as the date, time, type of trip and the number of people in your party. We will get in touch with you by phone to confirm your trip.

We must receive a 50% deposit within 7 days of phone call to hold all reservations. We do accept payment by check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Reservations made fewer than 10 days before the trip, must be held by credit card. If fewer people show up on trip date than the deposit was made for, no refunds or allowances can be made. Cancellations up to 30 days prior to trip receive full refund. Cancellations up to 7 days prior to trip receive 1/2 refund.Cancellations less than 7 days prior to trip receive no refund.

Please call 1 or 2 days prior to your trip to confirm the number of people actually coming.
