DEPOSIT POLICY
Reservations will be held with 50% of the total reservation. Your balance is due three weeks prior to arrival for all units. If your reservation is made within three weeks of your arrival, the total is due at the booking date. You will be able detract from you length of stay up until 30 days prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Individuals: We will be able to move your reservation to another date of your choosing within the same rate structure if you are unable to travel on your initial date of choice. If you need to cancel with LESS than 30 days notice, we will be unable to move your reservation and this would result in a forfeit.
Groups: The cancellation of group reservations with 60 days notice is subject to a 15% administrative fee. If you cancel with LESS than 60 days notice, we will be unable to move your reservation in which case you would forfeit your deposit.
*If you must leave early you will be charged the full amount.
**We recognize that there may be acts of great significance that may keep you from your original vaction date and as such have will only authorize a return of funds with management approval and possible proof of inability to travel.
Rollaways are $10 a night and cribs are available at no charge with an advance reservation.
We have a two-night minimum in all units, except rooms, while peak rates apply. The two-night minimum also applies on weekends in our regular season. The two-night minimum applies at all times to 3 and 4 bedroom units and to units with hot tubs.
We maintain a no-smoking policy in all of our units and our property.
Smoking in any unit will constitute an additional purifying fee and may be in excess of $500.00 (five hundred dollars).
We have up to eight pet friendly units. Please call to make arrangements for your pet to stay with you in your unit so that we may guide you in the process. We reserve the right to charge any fee necessary to repair damages made by your pet or cleaning fees associated with them.
