DEPOSIT POLICY
Reservations must be held by 50% of the reservation total placed on a credit card. Balance is due upon arrival. If booking and arrival dates are less than 10 days out
we may require full payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made forty-five(45) days, prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund-minus a $35.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
In the event you have to cancel your reservation, inside your fourty-five(45) day window, you must notify us by phone AND by fax/email of your intension to cancel
and we will attempt to rebook your reservation and refund your deposit according to the RATE your reservation is rebooked, - minus any discount extended to rebook
your reservation and the $35.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
**If you must leave early you will be charged the full amount.
Individuals reservations: Reservations MAY be moved to another date, if requested within the same rate structure, (Once only), within 10 days of arrival.
If you need to cancel with LESS than 45 days notice, you must notify us by phone AND by fax /email of your intention to cancel and we will try to rebook your reservation
and refund your deposit according to the Rate your reservation is rebooked minus any discount extended to rebook your reservation and a $35.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
Groups: Cancellation of group reservations with in a holiday period of 90 days or less cancellation is subject to a 25% administrative fee.
Any group cancellation of 60 days or less is subject to a 25% fee.
Group reservation date change with in 60 days of arrival; contact Resort Group coordinator.
Rollaway and cribs:
rollaways and cribs are available if reserved in advance at a cost of 15.00. ALL units, except lodge rooms.
Minimum Night Stay Requirements:
A two-night, 2 NIGHT, minimum is corporate policy. Two-night minimums also apply to all 3 and 4 bedroom units. A sir-cleaning charge is applied if a one night stay is granted. Holiday minimum night requirements are always longer, please ask about holiday night requirements at the time of securing your reservation 800-438-1507.
STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY
There is a non-smoking corporate policy in all rental properties. Smoking in any property will constitute a purifying fee and may be in excess of $500.00 (five hundred dollars), please be aware we will execute this policy if smoking is discovered after your departure.
PET POLICY
Pet friendly properties are availabile. Please call so we may guide you in the process/charges of your pet stay. We reserve the right to charge repair, replacement, and or damage charges neccessary to correct pet damages. This is a North Carolina directive of rental post pet cleansing.
